CANCEL EXIT REENTRY VISA ONLINE THROUGH MOI ABSHER

Once family Exit Re Entry Visa issued, Your dependents should travel within 90 days or "Exit Before" date mentioned on visa, In case of not traveling within that days, You must Cancel Exit Re Entry Visa Online (Fee non refundable), Other wise you will face violation penalty of 1000 SR for 1st time, 2000 SR for 2nd time and 3000 SR for 3rd time. There is no charge for canceling exit re entry visa.




CANCEL EXIT REENTRY VISA ONLINE

Cancel Exit Re Entry Visa online of Dependents or Family Members :

Follow this procedure if you are sure to cancel your family or dependents exit re entry visa.

1. Login to your MOI Absher account by following this link "www.moi.gov.sa", Enter your Username, Password and then Verification SMS Code.

2. Now click "eServices" from the top, then click on "Passports" from the left menu, Now you can see an option of "Dependent Services" at right side. You can also refer the image below.

3. Now you can see details of your all dependents, You can also see an option of "More details", When you click on it you can see detailed information of your dependents.




4. If you already Issued Exit Re Entry Visa for your dependents then you can see a button of "Cancel Visa" at last just beside "Print Visa" button. You can see Cancel Visa button only if you already issued exit re entry visa for your dependents.

5. If you are sure to Cancel Visa then only you can click on that button "Cancel Visa". Once you canceled your family Exit re entry visa you can issue again by following this article "Issue Family Exit Re Entry Visa".

Do you remember, How many times you travel to Saudi Arabia or Your Traveled Date to KSA? Ministry Of Interior Saudi Arabia now provides Expatriates to access their Travel Information Records of Exit and Entries in Saudi Arabia through MOI systems using Absher.




Procedure to Check Travel Information Records online through MOI  Absher:

CHECK TRAVEL RECORDS INFORMATION KSA

1.  Visit Ministry Of Interior Saudi Arabia e service website, Login to your Absher account by entering your User name and Password, Verify it with SMS code. If you do not have MOI account read this article "Register for MOI Absher"

2. Once you successfully Logged In, Click on "eServices",  You can see a menu left side, Select "Passports" in that, Now at right side you can see an option of "Travel Records Information", Refer below image for clarity, Click on "TRAVEL RECORDS INFORMATION".

3. Once you clicked, You can see a new page with your travel information of Exit and Entries records in Saudi Arabia.  If You have more than 10 Entries you can select "Show 50 entries" and can view all records.




- This information consists of Travel Date, Exit From (Airport Name), Exit To (Traveled Country Name), Exit Carrier (Traveled Flight Number), Check-In Date, Arrival At (Airport Name), Arrival From (Country Name), Entry Carrier (Flight Number).

In order to get a Birth Certificate for your new born baby in Saudi Arabia, You need to Book an Birth Certificate Appointment with Al Ahwal Madani. To process your New Born Baby Iqama you must need Birth Certificate. Hospital should issue a birth notification where your baby borned. You can refer our article "Add Your Child Under Iqama" where you can get information about getting Iqama of a new born baby. 




Procedure to Book New Appointment with Al Ahwal Madani :

1. Follow the link "MOI Saudi Arabia Al Ahwal Appointment" to book an birth certificate appointment with Al Ahwal Madni.

2. Enter your Iqama Number, Date of Birth (Select either Gregorian or Hijri), Enter Image Code as shown in the image above the text box, Click on "VERIFY MY DETAILS", If you entered all the details correct, It will redirect you to a page.

3. This Page display you a message that this Al Ahwal appointment service allows you to Book a new Appointment, Update an Existing Appointment, View or Print an existing Appointment and Cancel an appointment, Click on "PROCEED TO SERVICE".

4. A new page with "Book new Appointment" option will appear, If you already have any appointments it will display in below records having options to Update appointment and Cancel appointment. Click on "BOOK NEW APPOINTMENT".

ONLINE UAE VISA APPLICATION FOR GCC EXPATRIATES

On Arrival visa in Dubai, UAE has been stopped since October 2015 for GCC Expatriates, However now you can apply online dubai visa. Please follow the below procedure to apply e-Visa for Dubai.




Required Documents :

1. Passport size photograph.

2. Valid original Iqama or Resident Identity Card with a minimum validity of 3 months from arrival date.

3. Valid original Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from arrival date.

4. Credit card for online payment of Visa application.

Instructions :

Validity of Visa : 30 days from the date of Issuance.
Stay Period : 30 days from entry date.
Extendable : 30 days.




Procedure for Online Application For Dubai Visa:

1. Visit Ministry Of Interior UAE official website "www.ednrd.ae/"

2. A notification of instructions will appear on the screen, Read it carefully, Once you read click on "Accept". Click on "GCC Residents" topside of the left menu.

3. Once you clicked on "GCC Residents", You can see an application form which you need to fill online.

Select the Emirate city from where you are entering into UAE from the available Emirate cities Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al fujeirah. If you are entering in Dubai, You can select the city "Dubai".

Select the appropriate port based on the selected Emirate city from the available options of Port Of Arrival, If you are entering into Dubai Airpot you can select "Dubai Airport".

Applicant Details :

- Enter your Full Name in English as mentioned in passport, Then enter your Full Name in Arabic, After that enter your First Name, Middle Name and Last Name in English and then in Arabic.

- Enter Date of Birth, Birth Country, Present Nationality, Previous Nationality (If available).

- Select your profession by entering few letters of your profession, If your profession is Programmer, just write on it and select from the displayed list. For your wife you can select "Housewives/Students/Retired" profession.





- Enter your Passport Details, Passport Number, Passport Type, Date of Issue, Date of Expiry, Place of Issue, Country of Issue, As mentioned in your passport.

- Enter your GCC details, Residence Number, Date of Arrival, Country of Issue, Arriving From, Residence Issue Date, Residence Expiry Date, Sponsor Name, Sponsor Address.

4. Click on "NEXT", Once you filled all the above information.


5. UAE Address Details :

- If you know the address where you are going to stay, you can enter the details, otherwise just select Emirate, City and enter Email ID.





- If you are traveling with your dependents or family members you need to add them in Accompanied Information. Click on "NEXT".

6. Fee Details :

QATAR VISA ON ARRIVAL FOR GCC RESIDENTS

Ministry Of Interior Qatar approved 201 professions of (Gulf Corporation Council) GCC Residents (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman) who are eligible to get Qatar Visa On Arrival at any border of Qatar or from Doha International, Qatar Airport. Requirements for Qatar Visa On Arrival for GCC Residents:

1. Original GCC Resident Identity Card or Iqama with a validity of minimum 6 months.

4. Exit re Entry Visa of the country from where you are traveling.

KUWAIT ON ARRIVAL VISA FOR GCC RESIDENTS OR SAUDI EXPATRIATES

Ministry Of Interior has decided to issue Kuwait On Arrival Visa for GCC Residents (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman) with certain professions (mentioned below). GCC Residents will get on arrival form to fill at Kuwait International Airport. Valid Resident Identity should provide at Kuwait Airport.




Instructions and Requirement of Kuwait On Arrival Visa for GCC Residents :

1. Valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of arrival in Kuwait.

2. Valid Iqama or residence permit of GCC states with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of arrival in Kuwait.

3. Passengers must hold a return ticket.

4. GCC residence permit holder or Saudi Iqama holders should get and fill on arrival visa form from Maraheb Services at Kuwait Airport.





5. Residence address in kuwait must be register while applying for visa at airport visa counter.

6. Blacklisted passengers in State of Kuwait are not allowed.

7. Validity of on arrival visa is 3 months from the date of issue, Stay period is 1 month from the date of entry.

8. Visa Fee : 3 KD, Overstay fine : 10 KD per day.

The Sultanate Of Oman is issuing Oman On Arrival Visit Visa for GCC residents having a valid GCC residence Identity with an eligible profession. Citizens of GCC countries do not need visa to enter into the Sultanate of Oman.




Conditions and required documents for Oman Visit Visa On Arrival for GCC Residents :

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE OF PERMANENT FAMILY VISA ISTEQDAM

Mr. Fouad Anwar shared his valuable experience of permanent family visa in Saudi Arabia with our blog, He want to share this experience with those all expatriates who are applying for permanent family visa through Istiqdam. It will be glad if it is useful for some one. You can read his message below.




Dear Brothers and fellow expatriates, I wish to share some key points about my experience in this regards.

1. I am a resident of Jeddah but my Iqama is issued from Riyadh.

2. I tried to apply online but got the same message as many others have been getting. I think the procedure is closed now. Before my marriage, i used to get the message to pay SR.2000 for visa fees to proceed with the application. But after marriage, the message changed and i had to approach isteqdam.

3. I applied through Jeddah isteqdam. For this I needed to have the form and company letter attested from the CoC in Jeddah and also along with them you need to have the C.R (sijil tijaariyah) of your company that you have a branch in jeddah.

4. The company letter should mention the profession exactly as mentioned in your iqama.




5. My degree and marriage certificate were already attested by the Saudi Embassy and Saudi Culture but needed MOFA attestation. Jeddah MOFA did not attest it as my iqama was from Riyadh so I had to go to Riyadh MOFA to attest them. This means MOFA can only be done from the city mentioned in your iqama.

6. Though my appointment was after 2 days, i did not want to wait for that long as my documents were all ready. So, i kept trying to get an early appointment, kept refreshing and luckily found it for the very next day. (quite unbelievable)

7. Finally, i reached isteqdam at around 9.30 am even though my appointment was at 11 am. It doesnt really matter at what time your appointment is. If you are lucky, you may get a token very early. Different people have different opinions in this matter.




8. The only fault he found out was that my degree was translated from a translating company whose license had expired so he refused it. He just asked me to get a new translation from some other translating company. I immediately rushed to the office opposite the isteqdam gate and got it done in half an hour. Went back to the same person on the counter. He checked it and accepted. After sometime my name was called and i collected the yellow slip.

9. In case of any kind of emergency, you may approach the office exactly opposite the isteqdam or the stationary beside it. They have all the things you need.




10. You should carry the originals of all the documents you are submitting. You should submit only the copies (Passport, Iqama, Marriage, Degree etc.) Only the form and the company letter should be original.


ISTIQDAM FAMILY VISA EXPERIENCE

I have the yellow slip with me now and i scanned and mailed it to my agent in India. He says that it takes sometime for the MOFA number to appear online. So, I need to wait for a few more days.

Our blog reader Mr. Abdul Noman Malik , want to share his message about the error "Your application cannot be processed; because it does not fulfill Istiqdam e-service business rules", while "applying online permanent family visa through MOI official website". You can read the message below as he wrote.




Dear Gentlemen, I have gone through this blog in detail and i have found most people concerns related to Online Permanent Visa system not working for them and they have received message: Your application cannot be processed; because it does not fulfill Istiqdam e-service business rules.





Please be very clear that Online Visa Application system is currently working ONLY FOR following Professions (with conditions):

1. ENGINEERS:
2. Doctors
3. Professors
4. Financial Analyst





The online system would work if Stamped Visa on your passport has Engineer Profession. The online system will not work if you changed your profession to Engineer after coming to KSA as your basic 1st profession in Visa was non-engineer. Also, Visa profession should be as a Professional Degree Title e.g., General Mechanical Engineer, General Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer. The professions like Maintenance Engineer, Operations Engineer will not work for online family visa application.

All other Eligible Profession other than above mentioned requires appointment from Istiqdam. I hope this would help.

NO MORE NEED OF EXIT RE ENTRY VISA PRINT OR PAPER IN SAUDI ARABIA

No more need of Exit Re Entry Visa paper or print in Saudi Arabia for expatriates while leaving and returning to the KSA as everything is saved already in online electronic systems of Passport department. However if  you have a copy of it, then it is always better.




According to a recent traveler, While returning to KSA immigration people asked him for exit re entry paper in his home country. While going from KSA its not at all need.

Many expatriates are complaining that they are unable to print the exit re entry visa paper of their dependents and family members as the option is disappeared for printing in MOI website.

If you observed clearly it displays a message after issuing dependent exit re entry visa "The Exit Re Entry Visa is Successfully issued and send to Passport department systems. Actually this is a good news in one way, As you should always need to care of your exit re entry visa paper once you are out of kingdom, Many expatriates experienced of losing or forgetting exit re entry paper. From now it would be little relaxation for all of us.

As while coming back, Its asking by immigration department in their country. I also suggest, It is always better if you carry a print from the above website at least.

SPONSORSHIP TRANSFER WITHOUT CURRENT SPONSOR APPROVAL

Sponsorship transfer is also known as Naqal Kafala in Saudi Arabia. Labor Ministry made it possible for employees to transfer their sponsorship legally without kafeel approval in Saudi Arabia. If the employees met any of the below conditions.




1. If your current company is in Red or Yellow Nitaqat categories of Sponsorship. Labor Ministry allows you to transfer your sponsorship to another company without informing your current sponsor. 2. Iqama Sponsorship Transfer, If you are a new employee in Saudi Arabia and your company or sponsor failed to provide Iqama or Muqeem card to you within 3 months, Then you can change your sponsorship legally with another company without current kafeel approval. 3. Being an employee of your current sponsor, If you did not receive salary from more than 3 months then you are free to join another company. You can transfer your sponsorship to another company without your current sponsor approval. You can also read this article for more information about "Sponsorship Transfer in KSA".

4. If you are new in Saudi Arabia as employee and your kafeel or sponsor is in Red or Yellow Category, Then you can transfer your sponsorship without kafeel approval, How ever you need to contact labor office in this situation.

5. If your Iqama or Muqeem is expired before one month and your sponsor did not renew it, Then also you can transfer to new sponsor with the help of labor office.




6. Most of the companies failed in Wage Protection System of Labor Ministry, Those companies employees can transfer their sponsorship to new companies.

- Labor Ministry allows Employees with the above conditions for sponsorship transfer  to any individual company. If your current sponsor is under Green Nitaqat category then you need your kafeel approval for sponsorship transfer. Reccommended article "Naqal Kafala in KSA".

It is Not possible for Sponsorship Transfer if you met any of below conditions.

1. If your passport is expired.

2. If you have a valid final exit visa or exit re entry visa.

3. If you or your new sponsor have any traffic violations. Read this article to "Check your traffic violation through MOI".




4. If Labor Ministry (MOL) deos not approve your sponsorship transfer.

5. If you are under huroob or runaway status. You can check your status in this article "Check Huroob status".

6. If sufficient funds not available for transfer service.
